We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Time

• Orders within Cairo: Delivered within up to 5 business days.

• Orders outside Cairo: Delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination city.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Inspection Upon Delivery

To ensure your satisfaction, you are welcome to inspect and try on your order before making payment and accepting the shipment.

Upon delivery, you have two options:

• Accept the entire order, or

• Refuse the entire order and return it to the courier.

Partial acceptance is not permitted. This means you cannot keep some items and return others at the time of delivery under any circumstances.

If you choose to refuse the order upon delivery, the entire package must be returned to the courier, and the applicable shipping fees will still apply.
